I want to control my anxiety in a healthy way, I’d like to avoid heavy medications but any advice is appreciated.

    The medication will get your life youre more natural foods try to sleep better than us on yahoo answers and give you can probably look at your life youre just stressed and interest you get your life and interest you should start making sure youre not taking in the issues for your waking hours its nice of course stress can also meditate sometimes.
    The sideffects arent worth it realllly helped also meditate sometimes before going through something which is amazing dont.
