exercise is a great stress reducer
meditation is also a great stress reducer

Try to go for a walk or do some other exercise, that relieves stress. Food and Drink will only get you fat or drunk, exercise burns some of the stress. Sometimes just calling someone on the phone can relieve stress, so call a friend.
