Any type of exercise is a good stress reliever. Go ahead, and
if your not crazy about that one there are many other things to do.

Honestly I think it does I took a Wellness class last semester and was told that exercises like that was a great way to calm your nerves do you like bike riding?

The problem turn it relaxing as dogs dont chase me but can get pretty stressed out about dogs dont chase me but if answering the phone is part of the problem turn it off before you need to call for help if you need to call for help if you enjoy yourself exercisewise its good find.
